Indulgence and quality are things that for me, Katarzyna Grabowska, absolutely belong together.
We are both master confectioners and together we run the Patisserie and Cafe "Die Eismanufaktur" in the villa of the Hotel Moselschlösschen in Traben -Trarbach, which is located directly on the beautiful Moselle promenade.
Here you will get delicious, homemade tarts and cakes as well as some very unique ice cream flavors.
We never get bored here in the “Eismanufaktur”. Our motto is "With love for craftsmanship" and we have made it our goal to surprise not only you but also ourselves constantly with new creations and flavor combinations. Big favorites on our ice cream menu last year were for example black sesame with single malt whiskey, bitburger beer with Aperol or rosemary with honey.
