Classics such as vanilla, chocolate or mango are a staple, but also Moselle-inspired red and white wine ice cream or a refreshing vineyard peach (also known as blood peach) sorbet.
All our ice creams and sauces are handmade and we use products without artificial color or preservatives. We do not like to use convenience products. We don't sell anything we can't make ourselves.
